Photographer Guidelines

All photos should be taken on a green background and properly lit to eliminate all shadows. If a green background is unavailable, a white background is a suitable alternative; however, green is heavily preferred. Note that, for the most part, these photos should be shot with the shoulders squared off and the subject facing the camera directly.

Doctor/Provider Photos:

Doctor pictures should be upper torso from the waist up. The entire length of the shoulders and arms should be present. Do not crop photos to eliminate this. It is CRITICAL that all providers in the practice be photographed similarly! See below.

Assistant & Staff Photos:

All other staff and medical assistant pictures should be waist up. NOTE that all staff should be facing the camera straight on and the entire length of their shoulders and arms should be included. All staff should be similarly dressed in color coordinated clothing. It is CRITICAL that all medical and admin staff in the practice be photographed similarly! See below.
